Heinrich renamed Dozer

Sorry it has taken so long for me to send you pictures of "Heinrich". I lost my camera recently and I still haven't found it so I finally gave up and bought another one. We renamed the puppy "Dozer" since he is likely to a very big dog. He was 21.5 lbs. when we adopted him and as of two days ago he 26.5 lbs. He is a wonderful dog and although my cat doesn't care for his puppy teeth, they sleep together on the bed. Here are some pictures for you.

Helen renamed LadyBug
Hello, here are a couple pictures of "Helen", the MinPin/Chihuahua mix we got from you on the 3rd. We have changed her name to "Ladybug", because she is such a lady, but she is little like a bug. She is doing well here, with only a couple of "accidents" in the house. She still has had a couple bouts of throwing up late at night. We have been giving her the dry food you recommended, and have added a teaspoonful of the canned food mixed with it twice a day. She gets along very well with our grandchildren and enjoys having the run of the house. Her favorite toys are the rawhide chewbone and a long-legged squeaky cow. The grandkids toys had to be put up because they look alot like hers for now. She lets us know when it is time to take her out into the back yard, and doesn't like to stay out in the snow for a long period of time. We took her in to the vet last Friday for a follow-up exam and she is in good shape. She enjoys traveling in the car. Her favorite places in the house are on the arm of the sofa where she can look out the front window, and burrowing into the covers on our bed at night.

If you have any suggestions on the throwing up, please let us know.  You are welcome to stop by and see her any time you are in Westland.

Hercules renamed Vinnie
Hi,
Sorry it has taken a few days to get back with you. I stopped at TSP today to see you and show you pictures, but everyone was gone and they told me all the puppies were adopted. Thats wonderful !!!
We call him Vinny, and he is so wonderful to have! I am so glad that I have him. We took him to the vet and he weighs 3.7 pounds and looks great. We were seeing tapeworms on Sunday , the next day after bringing him home so we went om Wednesday to the vet and got the medication for that. Yes, I know all about the worms from our cats that go outside. As of yesterday, I have not seen any, Yah!
He has been on lots of car rides with us and loves to go, we have a cute carrier and three sweaters for him to wear. He is very social and loves all the attention from others.Every day he comes to school to pick up my daughter and also goes to her dance studio with me.He is sleeping very well at night, last night he slept from midnight till eight and then back to bed for a bit. He has been getting along so well with our dog, Deacon. They are playing so well and really always wanting to be together.Vinny loves all his toys and also the cat toys and Deacons toys too, he is a tad bit spoiled.
Im sending a few pictures, enjoy!!!!!

Hershey renamed Tanner
Hi, my name is Stacey McDonnell, and I adopted a puppy from your organization back in December. His name at the time was Hershey, but he is now named Tanner. Tanner was an 8week old German Shepard/mix.He had mange when i had first adopted him, and was one of the only puppy's left to be adopted in his litter. He is now 8 months old and is mange free, he weighs about 43 lbs, he has all of his vaccinations and has been nurtured.Tanner personality is very loving, but also very protective. he loves everyone, but is just a little uneasy about strangers, but once he gets to know you, you become his new best friend. He loves to play fetch and go swimming. Smarts came thick with this pup, he was potty trained at 11 weeks old, he knows sit, down, cage, walk, speak, shake,go potty, stay, and many more simple commands. Manners always comes first. Tanner is always supposed to wait, never plowing people over to get by them.. tanner is very happy and is also very loved, thank you for giving us the most wonderful loving dog ever. and i hope u enjoy the pics.

Stacey McDonnell

Hobo renamed Kobe
Samantha fell in love with Hobo and adopted him.  She wrote this update on him.  My, has he grown.  He's a very playful dog.  One minute he will be running in circles around the house and the next he will be laying down somewhere.  It is hard for people not to love this character.  His new name is now
Kobe.

Henry renamed Cooper Henry
Good Evening,
The puppy is sleeping so I have a minute to give you an update regarding Henry:
Henry didn't quite fit his personality...so I have named him Cooper. (I kept Henry as his middle name.)
He did extremely well in the pick-up truck on the way home. He was a little whinny at first but as soon as we were on the highway he was good to go :) happy
After a long drive home we took a little nap together. I think we were both exhausted.
He is settling in quite well and is full of energy. He loves to get into things he's not supposed to.. like dragging my fake plants around the living room... So I've learned to move them up out of puppy reach.
He's my little cooper pooper... I guess its true that when you have kids they turn out just like you when you were young..... I need to call my Mom and tell her I'm sorry...
Cooper has been doing quite well with potty training so far although we've had a few minor accidents. Cooper seems to want to have a bottomless pit for a stomach so we've set up a feeding schedule for him.
I don't know if it has to do with switching to the Beneful Puppy Chow or not.... Can you give me your opinion in regards to how much food you feel he should be eating daily?
I plan on keeping in touch as much as possible.
Thank you,
Patrick, Steve and Cooper-Henry Baker
