Layla renamed Shadow
Sorry it's taken so long to send you this update. Layla is doing great! The kids changed her name to Shadow, and she gets along really well with our other dog, Spike. She's scheduled for her spay this Friday. We had to put it off because she came down with dimitrix(?) mange, which needed to be clearing up before the surgery. Obedience classes start Sunday- can't wait!!

Lilith renamed Missy
Hi,
Missy(Lilith) is doing great; we changed her name the week we got her. She is a great dog for us-a real sweet heart! Here are a couple of pix one of her taking a nap(still quite young), and one with all my puppies. I will try to get you a current picture, she is now about 50lbs.

Lily
Sorry it has taken me a while to let you know how Lily is doing. Life is crazy around here, Ray is doing better, has been in and out of Rehab for a year now. For those of you who don't know he had a stroke on March 12, 2009. We figured out probably around the time Lily was born, so they are going to heal together.
She is doing great, she is up to 28pounds the last time we had her to the vet. Loves the kids and anyone who stops by. She loves to fetch a ball, Frisbee or anything that she can get in her mouth. She has such a playful and happy soul, she is a joy to have around (although she does like to eat out of the garbage..which we are working on). She does good on a leach (does get a little nervous still) can sit and now will lay down when we eat. She loves to play outside in any weather (especially snow!). I have attached a few pictures for you all to share.
Thanks for allowing us to raise Lily : ) Have a Great Day,
Colleen, Ray, Jeffrey and Catherine Topper
It is ok to e-mail us anytime!
Yes she has recovered more of her eye sight, she is now able to sit while I throw a tennis ball and then go get it. Once in a while she loses sight of it and we have to help her find it. We knew her eyesight was better when at training she could see the other dogs across the room.
When she gets over excited she will run into things but not normally.
Oh yes and she still half hops/half runs everywhere! Feel free to put an update on your website for her and use one of the pictures I sent.
Lola and Dolly are best of buds. I have attached some pictures for you to see. The two playing in our yard, in the house and walking in the park. Thank you so much for honoring us with the opportunity to have this precious little dog! You can be assured that she will enjoy being a member of our family.
Lucy renamed Bridgett
Hi there,
I am writing to give you an update on Lucy (now named Bridgett), who my husband adopted this past Saturday. As you can see from the attached pictures, we are having a great time with her! She has settled nicely into her new home and is quite possibly the most well-behaved puppy we've ever met. She already comes when called and reacts to "No!" when necessary. She is also doing well with her house training. After the first evening, we have not had any accidents except in her crate overnight. (We can't seem to get her to let us know she needs to go out then - Did you have a method?)
The best thing, though, is how well she is getting along with our three sons. She is gently playful - just perfect! They all have a great time running around the yard and playing ball (She's getting close to officially "fetching"). We've also had a wonderful hike or two in the state park that adjoins our property.
My husband and I marvel each day at how fortunate we feel to have adopted this particular dog. We feel certain she is going to be one of the best dogs we've ever owned, which is saying a lot!
Cordially,
Amy Grant
P.S. So you know, we do have a vet appointment set up for her this coming Saturday, the 27th. We plan to take good care of this pup!
